What is the delivery time and installation time?
At this time, manufacturing typically takes 6-8 weeks after you sign the contract, and we place the order for the material. We will install on whichever day works best with your schedule.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract signing, and the other 50% will be due on the last day of installation. The engineering and permit fees will be due upon passing the city inspection.
How much does the permit cost?
The permit cost is determined after we send your plans to the city, and the cost is around 3% of the total cost of the job.
How much does the engineering cost?
The engineering cost is typically $350.00 for Broward County and $450.00 for Palm Beach County.
Why do we need engineering?
The building department will require engineering to ensure the product installed meets the pressures required for the location of the opening.
What type of locks come with the doors?
We ask that the homeowner supply their handles and deadbolts; we will install them. You need a standard residential lock set for each door.
If I decide to go with you, do I need to go to your office, or will someone come to my house to check the dimensions before the order is placed?
We will come to your house to take the final measurements at the time of contract signing.
